Got my Logbook le! Like finally! Yay =) It’s where i officially keep all my experiment details, results and protocols! Ha ha. So excited. It’s in the middle btw :P The sketch pad on the left was the make do book and i was just doing Sudoku whilst waiting the samples to dry =)

 

That’s the conical flask to hold my ethanol extract. It’s greenish cause i’m doing on the leaves! Hee hee. Not sure of the compounds i’m getting though. I’m doing it more efficiently now, the drying that is. Hopefully i can speed up faster so i can move on to more downstream processing.

 

Got really bored. That’s why the Sudoku and now this. Somebody complimented on my eyes. That’s really sweet :) Yeah guess what i’m staring at? Boredom fills the lab…

 

Went to NAFA Wild Nights Symphonic Wind Orchestra performance today. Got it for free cause had connections :) Thanks for the tix aj! Uhm, the conductor is some well-known guy called Richard Adams. Speaks in clear British and is flying off tonight. Wow, had a quick “hi” to him and was thoroughly impressed! The performance was excellent! Though the theater ought to be filled up!!! Lasted around an hour and a half.

 

Both of us. Oh, notice my new GI hair :P hee hee. It’s more cooling like his. Ha ha. Aj said that i looked like some NS guy! Ha ha. Maybe i do? Prolly too enthu for it. Ha ha.

All in all. Had a great night chatting and knowing more stuffs. And the world was spinning again. Lolx. People influence each other in many ways, and i’m happy to have met certain people who taught me important lessons in life.

1 thing i brought home from aj’s philosophical teachings is that all things happen for a reason, and things happen to prepare you for something bigger. Really awesome way of living. Brings hope and purpose too! Ha ha…
