Super excited about this- having my lappy over at Batam. A hotel called Goodway Hotel. The place doesn’t seem half as bad as others =) Reached Batam at 1520 (batam time which is 1620 Singapore time) and was welcomed by our uncle. We checked in around later to Goodway Hotel and our cousins and aunt were waiting for us. The first program of the day was my maid having fellowship with her people and then we children went to the pool.

And then went out to having our dinner at the same place as last years’ (fyi, my family have been coming over to Batam to visit my uncle for countless years). Not to say that dinner was bad, it was actually quite fulfilling. And it cost like $10++ per person?

It was pretty smart to get bee hoon though. And that’s my cute cousin Haiqal behind the steamboat. Heard that he has quite good grades =D kudos for u!

There were fireworks, and i was thinking about you all the time. Really.

We came back and was lead to the gym as suggested by mom. And in the end we played table tennis. It was pretty nice to be able to work out my body and sweat it out abit. Though i could do less for stinky.

Yup nothing much to add le, it’s only the first day. Much more to expect.

Thanks dad for making Milo for us! We appreciate it much~

Now all sleeping le, i guess i better turn in soon, lest they nag at me xD

Went to watch Jack and Jill today. It was pretty good, typical Adam Sandler Film =D
Learnt a lot about accepting others, especially people close to you, who they are and not judge them by their past, or from our experiences.

Sneezy day again for me. Spaming my tissues like no tomorrow though i need save a lot tomorrow and enjoying my time with lappy.

Money has become of an issue to me. I wonder… Already committed myself to spend as little as i can in camp and use the money for better purposes =D

Today is the National Life Saving Day (the one which i was referring to the previous post).

Alright so even though how much i enjoyed staying overnight at Dhas’ place which i really did i had to set my alarm at 0500 and wake up for this shit just because i remembered that i needed to wear longs (i brought berms over nia). So after my morning instant porridge i had to rush to cab back home about 0545, and to my suprise okay maybe not so much the cab fare costs $21+++ I had to pay by NETS =( Oh well, i went home too a quick wash up before heading off to EXPO via public transport. SMRT didn’t fail me this time though.

I manage to reach the place on time… and this was what i saw:My

And so there was a morning shift and afternoon shift. Morning was pretty much poly nurses students =) And afternoon was open category, where anybody could just walk in to participate. Had many many other pictures that i took with my colleagues, but i shalln’t post it here, refer to my facebook page for more pictures =)

What i did today:
Boring day today because mostly at home in the morning and playing games, then mom asked me to buy breakies for her and sis so i got…

It’s Fried Fish Bee Hoon (for sis), Wan Ton Mee (for mom), and Char Kway Teow + Chee Kway (for me). Yeah sinful food much.

After that it was pretty smooth sailing till about 1400 when dad called and requested me to bring the pineapple tarts which they prepared the whole of yesterday and this morning down to church @ Queenstown because it slipped their mind. I was like waaaa duuu **** in my head of course =P So i cabbed down - - - - - - - -- - - - - - -- - - - - - > it costed…

No not $4.98, but $7+++. I was just amazed at how the meter fare changed to 22 cents every time it jumped? Lols ttm =D Anyways i got compensation from dad =)=)

Blah blah blah laters…

Went downstairs for dinner>>>

Had laksa w/o hum (cockles, i meant cockles) while Bal had bar chor mee. Lols majiam food report siol~ ah here…

Goodness me, tomorrow i have NLSD (national life saving day for the non-medic ppl) @ Expo, and i have to be there at 0715? OMG what’s more, Abu told me need to wear longs when i only brought berms? GG TTM  >.< !

Alright, gonna arrange how i’m gonna get there tomorrow then sleep ler~

Today was a good day, a fresh start, a new chapter in this book of life. I hope thru trials and events each day each unique day, we’ll learn new aspects and grow from it. To grow and always strive to become better people.

Wa it seems like forever again since my last post. Hmm it’s already the new year, and i really need to set my new year’s resolution right.
Alright 1st is to get new resolutions

Tomorrow would be a relaxed day (i hope) back at camp. Just some light admin work and we’re done for the day. I’m actually very proud of our team.

On a brighter note, i’ll prolly be blogging more often from now onwards. Keeping my mind of stuffs, stuff which i don’t need like this link here –> Stuffz
