Today was fun. Had morning 830am lesson. Didn't know whether to give you morning call. For 3 hours, geeez. Very tiring though, as i still haven't recovered from my lack of sleep. Then half-way during the first 2 hours lecture dozed off. Can't stand the monotonous teacher you know, wonder how many can identify, Lolx =D I remember the dream last night i had of you. Then as usual the following 1 hour tutorial was stressful cause Mr How kept directing questions (critical thinking) at the class, i kana shoot by him 3 times le. Record...
Main highlight of the day!!! Had debate performance, initial reporting time 1300, i reached at 1330 cause i went home to apply medicine for my left eye. Then when i reached the room, i saw them leaving le =( Waaa ps me, luckly i chased after them and caught them, up i mean. Did some sound check at LT-S1, where the actual debate was held. Since we were early, we proceeded back to e309 for some more warm-ups before standing-by outside LT-S1 around 1600. Ha ha, and we being music-lovers can't stand being together and quiet. I think eric or me picked up a tune and we all started to go carolling mode, then concert mode. Lolx, is very bu yue er tong all the yr3 people were gathered as well. It's heart-warming, and proves that i still have a heart to warm xD The time was up, and we all went in in two not-so-neat rows =P To my suprise, there were only a few people in addition to the people who helped us during sound test. LMAO. Anways, congrats for the yr1's who had just made it their first performance =) U guys (and gals) did great. Ha ha. Although can see from your eyes some quite nervous, but overall they love it! whoo whoo *thumbs up*
So sorry for the no-pics. Cause i can't trust my phone from now, ha ha, as you've see in the previous post xP
Life's contridiction #1
*What happen to do to others what you want them to do to you? Does it works both way? Or is it till one person "surrenders" to the doings of the other? -> I want you to be nice to me, so i be nice to you (smile, be polite in sms, give good greetings etc). But then you're blunt and restless with me (short sms-es, and feeling irritated). So do I do nice things in hoping that you'll be nice back? Or do I because of your anger and attitude show like-wise?
First thing first. I'm really dead tired. Physically, emotionally, mentally and spiritually.
Physical: I've just rushed my Principles of Clinical Trials slides and report yesterday from after VE (2300) till 5am...
Emotional: Made a promise to someone, keeping it is not easy and is strainous. And got slap back by a comment that all is forgotten. I think is for the best, and normally it stinks right in my face. This area is where the scars of my heart deepens...
Mental: Try 6 hours of pure work and the next day you are required to do a presentation to the whole cohort. Kills 1.0 X 100000 brain cells. And emotional damage do play a role, in both origins of friends and families. Basically there's a thin line between me and people at IMH.
Spiritual: I'm not getting anywhere. I don't know is it i don't want to, or is it i can't move on till i do something first. I just want to live!
Took it from my house bus-stop. Just want to compare my camera quality with the past. Looks like mine meeting its grave soon. The picture taken at that point of time was raining, heavily. You see any water?
Fast moving pictures. Still looks the same, cause i can't capture nothing anyways. Lolx. Appeton, take one pill a day to provide love and nourishment to every part of your body =P
Ahhhhhhhh, who's that? Oh can't recognise under the light. RAWR i'm two-faced freak! Wahhaha!

Went to watch HellBoy II after class. Fortunately there's student pricing at $6 per tix =) o_O I've caught the first episode, the second i found the plot too fast for resolving. Ha ha, the fire babe on the right really eye catching. Ha ha. Not bad show overall, standard mystical creatures. Blah blah blah.
Back to reports and studying now. Piling up as high as the tower of pisa =.=

Stressed!!!! And super stressed. Arrrrgh! I just realised i am like 3 practical reports behind schedule! Oh MY GOSH! I need to peia all of those reports in a week's time, if not i would fail them -> 30% of my module grade =( So even as i'm blogging, i'm finishing up my report as well. ROOT ROOT ROOT...
Principle of Clinical Trials. One of my headache as well, cause i swap classes made me very confused. In the end, i'm solo-ing a presentation that was meant for 5 person. May God have mercy on me...
Awwww 1st price is like total worth of $2k man! But i rather get the 2 PSP. However...
Something more cheerful. I just had my celloutreach last sat, opposite church at block 6C. Had tons of fun and laughter. In the skit, i was Jesus as well as the person who concluded the skit. Kinda nervous at the last part with everyone so quiet and all. Ha ha, don't know wherethe they understood what i said.
The gals preparing for the cell outreach =)
Oh that's Sherry on the left with the nerdy $2 specs. And Evan on the right being her tall and lame self. Lolx.
Tht's me and my handphone strap. Nothing much about it.
So many stuffs to do, and so little time. Hopefully my exams will be well. Ha ha. I need to double up my work. HELP!!!! Ha ha.

I'm more or less okay with my thinking. Geez, it kinda gets worse each time =.= Anyways, at least i'm abit happy cause pawn people in DoTA. Ha ha, what a game can do to somebody man...
Oh, and this is my 100th posts! Hurray for blogger =)
And giving this a short and sweet post of some of pics Emily forwarded =) It's a professional chalk artist... go see...
Yeah, the camera angle makes it look like he's really inside...
I quite like this also. But the whole length is astonishing. Rather long, lazy go see the actual length. Nice "mini" effects as well.
Another hole. This looks extremely real, even the people there are avoiding it! LMAO.
At least i'm being replied back. Ahh, just got a second-hand guitar sold by Denny. Ha ha, thanks for the offer! Hee hee, won't tell how much he discounted me. But it's pretty good >=)

Just what would you do if your only internet access is through parent's permission and your dad doesn't allow you to use it till 12am? I think this curfew is worse than if it was use till 12am. I am very angry, very pissed off. Dad still nags at me every night when i'm using internet like telling how fortunate you are to use the computor, that i should be more discipline, share com with siblings more blah blah. I didn't talk back or anything, but i'm so reluctantly accepting it. Okays, i'm with the whole Honour You Parents thingy, explaining my "guai-ness". I am like fuming now... not only i start late and end late, friendship has been strained and so has my health. In order to use the internet, i would just stone at my room for like 2 hours before 12am. Now i am feeling heart burns (ache) physically and mentally.
What the... I just want an hour from someone. Not to do something illegal, not to do something you don't like, not to make you do anything strainous, not to do something that you don't know, not to make you suffer and not to do something a waste of your time (compared to what you were doing). And i waited... ... but all i got was some rough words from you. It's like a knife had already pierced in my heart, and now you're just hugging me thinking you're doing me a favour but pushing the knife down making it more painful.
My Irritatablilty vs Your xxxxxxxxxx, i don't wantknow how to describe it
I AM PREPARED TO SUFFER IN HELL RATHER THAN ON EARTH... I am ready to run away from home. And i'm ready to do anything just to get away from it all.... ......
Sigh....

Ah hah. Went to watch The Dark Knight just now around 630pm. Lolx, rushed there from school though. The whole movie is 2.5 hours! Been awhile since i warmed the seat so long. Well, the plot was pretty long, but simple. The fighting scene wasn't really up to standard, it's more story based i guess. Unless you have a $10.50 to spare or a batman fan, i don't really advice people to watch this =)

Sometimes women are overly suspicious of their husbands. When Adam stayed out very late for a few nights, Eve became upset. "You're running around with other women," she charged."You're being unreasonable," Adam responded. "You're the only woman on earth." The quarrel continued until Adam fell asleep, only to be awakened by someone poking him in the chest. It was Eve. "What do you think you're doing?" Adam demanded. "Counting your ribs," said Eve.
Truly incredible dog
This fundamentalist Christian couple felt it important to own an equally fundamentally Christian pet. So, they went shopping. At a kennel specializing in this particular breed, they found a dog they liked quite a lot. When they asked the dog to fetch the Bible, he did it in a flash. When they instructed him to look up Psalm 23, he complied equally fast, using his paws with dexterity. They were impressed, purchased the animal, and went home (piously, of course). That night they had friends over. They were so proud of their new fundamentalist dog and his major skills, they called the dog and showed off a little. The friends were impressed, and asked whether the dog was able to do any of the usual dog tricks, as well. This stopped the couple cold, as they hadn't thought about 'normal' tricks. "Well," they said, "let's try this out." Once more they called out to the dog, and then clearly pronounced the command, "Heel!" Quick as a wink, the dog jumped up, put his paw on the man's forehead, closed his eyes in concentration, and bowed his head.

A sermon about lying
A minister told his congregation, "Next week I plan to preach about the sin of lying. To help you understand my sermon, I want you all to read Mark 17." The following Sunday, as he prepared to deliver his sermon, the minister asked for a show of hands. He wanted to know how many had read Mark 17. Every hand went up. The minister smiled and said, "Mark has only sixteen chapters. I will now proceed with my sermon on the sin of lying."
Highly religious horse
There's this guy who had been lost and walking in the desert for about 2 weeks. One hot day, he sees the home of a missionary. Tired and weak, he crawls up to the house and collapses on the doorstep. The missionary finds him and nurses him back to health. Feeling better, the man asks the missionary for directions to the nearest town. On his way out the backdoor, he sees this horse. He goes back into the house and asks the missionary, "Could I borrow your horse and give it back when I reach the town?" The missionary says, "Sure but there is a special thing about this horse. You have to say 'Thank God' to make it go and 'Amen' to make it stop." Not paying much attetion, the man says, "Sure, ok." So he gets on the horse and says, "Thank God" and the horse starts walking. Then he says, "Thank God, thank God," and the horse starts trotting. Feeling really brave, the man says, "Thank God, thank God, thank God, thank God, thank God" and the horse just takes off. Pretty soon he sees this cliff coming up and he's doing everything he can to make the horse stop. "Whoa, stop, hold on!!!!" Finally he remembers, "Amen!!" The horse stops 4 inches from the cliff. Then the man leans back in the saddle and says, "Thank God."
Taxi driver in Heaven
A priest and a taxi driver both died and went to heaven. St. Peter was at the Pearly gates waiting for them. 'Come with me', said St. Peter to the taxi driver. The taxi driver did as he was told and followed St. Peter to a mansion. It had anything you could imagine from a bowling alley to an olympic size pool. 'Wow, thank you', said the taxi driver. Next, St. Peter led the priest to a rugged old shack with a bunk bed and a little old television set. 'Wait, I think you are a little mixed up', said the priest. 'Shouldn't I be the one who gets the mansion? After all I was a priest, went to church every day, and preached God's word.' 'Yes, that's true. But during your sermons people slept. When the taxi driver drove, everyone prayed.'
Encountering a lion
A Baptist missionary was walking in Africa when he heard the ominous padding of a lion behind him. "Oh Lord," prayed the missionary, "Grant in Thy goodness that the lion walking behind me is a good Christian lion." And then, in the silence that followed, the missionary heard the lion praying too: "Oh Lord," he prayed, "I thank Thee for the food which I am about to receive."
College Exam Plea
O Lord, hear my anxious plea
Calculus is killing me
I know not of 'dx' or 'dy'
And probably won't until the day I die.
Please, Lord, help me in this hour
As I take my case to the highest power.
I care not for fame or loot
Just help me find one square root.
And Lord, please let me see
One passing mark in organic chemistry.
Oh such a thing I constantly dread
I'd just as soon join the Marines instead.
Lord, please give me a sign
That you've been listening all the time.
Please lead me out of this constant coma
And give me a shot at my diploma.

Yesterday... was a day that wasn't today. Oh my, i'm hearing some femal screams (sounds like rape) outside my window. And i live in the eleventh storey =.=
Anyways, that pic was what happened yesterday. And no, i didn't take this with my hp camera, it will spoil lar! I like the way this picture captured the rain, looks more like gliters though =O
Played basketball in the rain yesterday with Tian, Pudding, KH, Nic, and Pudding's friend (president of guitar club if not wrong). So it was 3v3. Cool, except i suc in basketball, Lol. Actually it was only after 15min of game it started raining, but we didn't care and played all through =.= Then Emily came soon after, the problem is, we've played finished and she came to just get soak in the rain and then went back. Ha ha, sorry emily =P After basketball, we went back to clubroom, leaving a trail of our sweat and water behind, to put back the ball and head off to sports hall! Then played table tennis awhile, oh my. Pudding is a pro sia, couldn't win her straight! I manage to show off abit, Heh Heh...
Okay, so we went to eat dinner after that and went home straight. I took a bath at like 11pm in the end =.= Obviously, i'm like super super sick now. With a slight fever. Ha ha, to my luck, today NO SCHOOL! Whooo hoo! lol. Can have a good rest, hmmm maybe i'll catch a movie later, Heh Heh =)
Lol, and i caught a movie! Ha ha! It's Chi Bi , Red Cliff for chinese. One of the battles in the Han dynasty though. I loved the way they film it :) But something i didn't like was the to be continued part. Yeah, they already said is part 1, 4 hours in total for both parts. Battle system rocks man!

Now i'm posting from school (as usual lar), just after my 0800-0900 lessons with break till 1400 practical. Guess i'll be heading home after this to catch a quick snooze ... ... zzzzz ... ... ! Ah, yeah, blog -.= i'm half double eye-lid when very tired...
Sings... This is my life story... Lolx, this picture shows a very typical i'm-sure-you-guys-know sine curve. As well as represents the ups and downs in life. Okay sounds like a life-skill lesson liao. Can't blame me, i'm half awake, so i'm crapping this post alot. Life as we know it, has it's ups and downs. And the amplitude of how high can one's life go depends the value a, from the equation [y = a sin bx + c ]. You can tell, that it's a variable value, only you can make how good your life is cut out to be. At the same time, when the value of a increases, it also acts in the opposite end, i.e. how "low" your life can go. This can be place in terms of ambitions/goals. People set high standards and expectations of themselves, both good (as in have somewhere to aim) and bad (as prone to depression if not met). Lastly i would like to touch about the c value. What does it do? I'm sure most maths wiz here already know the PC answer (politically correct). c is a portion of the equation that shifts the entire curve either up or down, affecting the resulting values via it's multiplicity. Okay, that's abit chim. Anyways, in my opinion. c would represent our immediate family and friends that in turn affects our environment. Since a good and loving family would give a much "positive" c value that helps in our lives, as well as friends lar.
Therefore, a = your personal attitude in life how high you want to soar. c = your close family and friends. Yup, my 5 minutes thought about life. So random. Oh yeah, for you info, the value b for those who didn't study add. maths. The higher it is, the faster one cycle of up and down finishes. I'll leave it up to you guys to apply to our lives. Lolx, moving on...
Okay, my turn. This is my life curve. Lolx, i've more or less stablised le. But the duration of emos and being happy are being longated... So what i can do? The easier way is just to increase my c value so that overall i won't fall down too far off -> means i need support from friends and families better :) Hiks Hiks
Oh yar, my dinner last night. Was rather emo and irritated and everything else. Missed my MSG dosage and having it with friends... sigh. Doing things alone sure sucks. Ha ha.
*Am sick now, coughing and having sore thoart, sigh... memories of someone buying liang teh is quite irritating... I just dunno, am i getting worse in my condition?*

Sherry caming during cell time. And i took a photo of her doing that... so bo liaoz..
Ahhh, after church rushed off to find Nic and the others at douby ghaut cafe cartel. Managed to reach there around 8pm. Fortunately there were still there. Ha ha, had a cafe cartel slice of cake for nic and xiu hui's birthday celebration. Tasted abit of that cake, felt like tiramisu, but not sure... Anyways, the bill finally came and it was $221.00 first! Like holey crrap! Ha ha. But after student 10% it was around $200. And...
There we go :) It's the st john's rib steak if i didn't remeber it wrongly. Ooooo so tempting! Wa seh, some more it was in front of me! Grrr Yi Tian and Jia Bao. Bleah! One of these set costs $15.20 =( Probably i'll have that once i slimed down. Lolx
Instead, i didn't fall into temptaton and got this plate of waldf salad (i think it's spelled this way). Not bad actually, the apples and peach were pretty sweet =) *adds a point to Paul* The score now is 1-0, with Paul leading in the slim race!
Oh, a random shot. I poured the olive oil into the soup. It was meant to be a clown face =X Oh what the heck...
I guess this looks like an angled picture from the last supper ba. Ha ha. So abstract, i think my phone has permantly switched to blur and lousy pictures mode :( Ha ha. Back to the picture, after dinner, Pauline came and we set off walking from Plaza Singapura to orchard MRT, giggling, laughing and singing abit along the way. Overall, i enjoyed it! Friendships are one of the most powerful, strong and unique types of relationship =) Ha ha. A smile on my face now =]

Took this opposite prime mart bus stop (which is near my house). That's a bus infront and a car behind. Wanted to do the moving light effect thingy, but apparently doesn't work with $0.00 1.3Megapixel camera phone. Ha ha.
Is that an arrow? Zoom out...
It's a yellow cross box thingy. Pai sei i haven't take my driver's theory test yet. Anyways, the point is things are not as they're perceived up close, take a step back and you'll understand why. And of course, it's always hard to take a step back, you don't know where you're heading and you'll be experiencing something new. Not to mention that you need to take the initiative and effort to actually move backwards.
Hence only the strong does it...
Saw this simply amazing sunset effect. *Blames myself for getting such a lousy camera phone* Taken from my house bus stop as i was going to work. I was kinda staring into space for awhile facing this view, then i suddenly noticed this and immediately took a shot at it. It appears (at that time) that the building was on fire, and i guess my heart was on too. A suspension of feelings of anger, sadness, regret and hopefulnes all surfaced unto me. It was rather weird but strainous at the same time.
*I wanna see a sunset and sunrise continously for 1 day...not alone of course =X*
Random stuffs i'm thinking now...
1. During work, as i saw customers sitting on the table and me attending to them serving drinks. I suddenly thought of the word market saturation as i stone there. I realised a common sense theory. In business, customers need capacity to do a purchase with you (in my case, capacity would be the amount of money customers are willing to spend + available seats), and these factors cannot be controlled by you. While the things that you can control are impression to customers, extra services (such as mannerism and smiling) and attentiveness (which includes doing things faster for them etc).
2. Isn't it good to be yourself? That you show the real you in every situation without masking yourself? Hey wait, there's another phrase that's called draw a distinct line between work and play. Sounds familiar? Probably you've heard it if you know someone Chinese. Both line contradict each other in a healthy arguementative kind of way. Let me elaborate just a little... In layman terms, "to be yourself" means you have this set of principles which you live with and use this exact set of principles to deal with every single situation you face. Hmmm, just think of it as stubborn character. Lol. Next, "draw a distinct line between work and play", doesn't that sound like be a different person when working and when playing? Ha ha. Or to be less extrapolating, just don't play when you work and vice versa. Ack! My head hurts =X I shall stop discussing here for now, too much things to talk about. ha ha. I've come to conclude: just be flexible and do the right things at the right time =)
3. Today's Drug Development was as usual interesting as Mr Henry (from HK) was teaching again. Ha ha. We covered on some clinical trials on animals, then came across the terms EC50 and LD50, which means Effective Concentration and Lethal Dosage respectively. And then we did an example on paracetamol metabolism. Okay here it goes, paracetamol EC50 is about ~200mg/kg, basically for paracetamol to be effective, at least 200mg of drug must be taken per 1 kg of body mass. 1 tablet is around 500mg of effective drug, but in consideration of oral intake and absorption rate, only around 50% would be in the blood stream being effective. LD50 normally is ~2000mg/kg, the same concept except it's for the side effects to occur. However when consuming alcohol, the LD50 drops all the way to ~300mg/kg. Yeah how dangerous is that! Sooooo, being evil and scheming, my lecturer told us a good way to kill someone silently. You need paracetamol, cheese and alcohol or grapefruit would do as well. --> Go to pizza hut with victim. Order the cheesest pizza u can find. Bring along paracetamol dissolved ice cubes and order grapefuit juice for victim. Place ice cubes into victim's drink. Gives evil grin and soft sinister laugh. Rinse and repeat till victim dies of liver damage.
Yup, so that'll be all for today folks. Whew, first time blogged till so loh soh de =X Anyways, i did badly for my common test. I'm so gonna try to buck up. Kampateh!!!
*I wanna gaze till i'm lost in someone's eyes, but all that i can gaze is my endless reports and mindless journal papers. I want to support you and i hope we can give each other support that we both need =)*

Guess i'm quite bored now. I've just went for a meeting with my faculity's director, Dr Joel. Okay, at least he wasn't those fierce type. But still very serious. Gave me some advise and solutions to how to manage my modules and waking up early though. Thankfully i'm given another chance, i won't let myself down! Kampeteh to me!!!
Ha ha, went to eat at AMK hub yesterday. Got bored with the japanese food, i ordered mushroom noodles. Was pretty yucky (if there's such a word). So that pic is there to promote the appreciation of arts in our society. Ha ha yeah right...
Ah, another interpretation of mushroom art. Hey don't think dirty, think food ;) A rather spicy art don't you say?
Oh, HBD! Stands for Human Biology & Disease. My repeated module, yes repeated. I'm dumb okay? That's one of the practical where we test our blood type. As you can see i'm O+ =) I shall explain abit. If you're blood type A, it means your red blood cell has protein A on its surface, and antibody A would attach it to form coaggulations (or clots). This follows same for blood type B, as you can see in the bottom slide. Section D is to test for rhesis factor in your blood, it's either + or -, same coaggulation principle as well. C is the control where saline solution is used, no clotting should be observed. Therefore, mines O+ since there's no clot in A, B but a clot in D =)
Fresh from the oven. CCA carnival at atrium. There are dance performance and those in the picture are from the mindsport club -> chess, weiqi and sudoku. I'm good at neither =X
That would be the malay dance. The only super nice about them is their almost perfect synchronisation with each other. It's as though they are one! Ha ha.
Weee. Caught this show! Was pretty funny although it's kinda a cliche by now (swapping bodies and stuffs) Lol. Oh and i had Chicken Ole Baked Rice at pizza hut for lunch! Cool right? Also managed to taste Zazzle Curry Baked Rice as well. Thanks for treating me movie and pizza hut, will appreciate it de!!!
*Hoped you had a relaxing day. It's nice to see you smile =)

Today was abit topsy-turvy. Made someone angry cause i was impervious to feelings and privacy. Of course i did apologise and i think it's alright in terms of my case. Had lunch, but seemed troubled, i guess it was something that was really happening. Although i was just beside you, i felt so helpless as i saw tears stream down your eyes. Yeah, there's alot of stress piling up on you now, but i'll always be here open to you, approachable and accepting. I'm not going to guess any more stuffs regarding that issue cause i respect your decisions.
Don't be sad or angry yeah? Nothing is worth your grieving for, since once you smile, it really takes someone's breath away. I've known your facial expression for quite some time, you can't hide sadness from me, cause i felt it too... didn't notice but i was in tears with you.
I'll try to make the best from what i can influence ba. And probably try slowly to encourage you with respect as well. Ha ha, quite tough, i'd even could memorise the 13 principles of clinical trials, understand the mechanism of herpes, HIV and malariae, and even explained the concepts of cell growth and metabolism. I'm sure i can do better in this frienship, you just wait and see =)
Lets be strong shall we?

o.0 the misty trees looked very nice. It was drizzling though.
Tanjong Pajar MRT station. Waited for Wei Sinn and Priscillia there, we wer going to a concert. Actually is i came up first, and i didn't notice them sitting inside the station. Lolx.
Yay, the tickets for the concert! 4 tickets- Wei Sinn, Pris, Christopher and me =) No pictures for the people though. Was rather squeezy and no time for pictures i guess.
Just entering the show is also this difficult. *oouf* had to squeeze and hit each other's shoulder to get it. Lolx, talk about Singaporean spirit!
Part II with a random lower view.
Ah, just outside the theater took the nice scenary, but too bad none can be seen from my phone.
Ahhh! So cute! Sherry's got those cute little soft toys from IKEA. I personally think that this blue elephant is the cutest =) haha, by the way, that's Sherry's shoe.
O.0 a Taco made by my mom. Not much comments though, except the filling was abit less. But overall still nice!
